Your role:

The UK's fastest-growing Channel Agency is looking for a superstar Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. Reporting direct into our CSD and working on a number of key accounts with global tech companies, you’ll need to be a force to be reckoned with a strong character when it comes to getting the job done.

You’re great at managing multiple projects under pressure, getting the various elements organised and used to working with marketing specialists to deliver projects on time and on budget.

We employ based on several criteria, and previous experience is just one of these. We are more interested in you as a person and your personal qualities and this role may suit an ambitious Agency Account Manager looking for the next step up or someone from a Technology firm who can bring that understanding to our Agency.

Technology Sales Lead

Your role:

As Technology Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales of Sherpa’s new Partner Activate Platform, taking ownership of the entire technical sales process.

To be successful in this role you will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit, be able to build strong stakeholder relationships and be motivated by exceeding your sales targets.

Requirements - What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have solid experience selling SaaS in the CRM / PRM / ERP space, either in field or at desk. You will have an enviable track record of hitting targets. You will possess great people skills and enjoy engaging with prospects, talking about their business and how Sherpa can provide solutions for their business needs. A consultative approach is needed for this role.

We expect:

  • Experience of owning the end-to-end technical Sales process

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Are you self-motivated, driven by results and do you have a genuine desire to help solve potential clients’ business challenges? As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Representative with a get up and go attitude!

 

Your role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be helping to build sales pipeline by creating new qualified sales meetings from target accounts via outreach and from engagement from supporting marketing campaigns.

To be successful in this role you will need to be very personable, intuitive, extremely self-motivated and have a great eye for detail. You need to be able to manage a variety of activities at any one time and think on your feet. You will be working in a small team with a range of automation and tools provided to you.

This role reports to our Channel Growth Specialist and works closely with the marketing team.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and nurture prospects into Sales Qualified meetings
  • Manage a portfolio of existing campaigns
  • Identify needs, buying intent and drive interest
  • Identify and remove typical buying objections in prospect discussions
  • Assist sales in selling to prospects
  • Document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management, and maintain accurate information (including updating data and providing notes from calls and any outreach)
  • Assist in managing pipeline
  • Maintain a positive, self-motivated attitude
  • To fulfil this role while embracing, living and demonstrating Sherpa’s core values

 

Requirements - What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including outreach). You will have an enviable track record of hitting targets and have solid experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role. You will possess great people skills and enjoy engaging with prospects, talking about their business and how Sherpa can provide solutions for their business needs. A consultative approach is needed for this role.

We expect:

  • Experience with automation & software (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Expandi)
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise activities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience and understanding of the technology industry
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics

Desirable:

  • Experience as a BDR targeting B2B companies in the USA
